Wyelea is life immersed in nature amidst six hundred acres of untamed Franklin countryside. Here, each home will be meticulously designed by a guild of the region’s most respected architects to nestle neatly into the Tennessee landscape, carefully considering every material, finish, and natural focal point of the land. The 68 homesites and one 50-acre homestead are gracefully distanced—dappled among the rolling hills, tucked under the shade of beeches and maples, and along over two miles of West Harpeth riverfront—offering both privacy and a sense of belonging.
